Mr. Senaratne counts 10 years of experience locally as well as overseas as a H.R. Generalist working in diverse industry segments covering service and manufacturing environments. During his H.R.M. career he has worked at Diesel & Motor Engineering Com. PLC., Ceylon Glass Company PLC., Nilkamal Eswaran Plastics (Pvt) Ltd. and the Zillione Group of Companies.
He is currently working towards his Masters Degree at the University of Colombo and completed his Post Graduate Diploma in H.R. Development at IIMT in India. He holds a B.Sc (HRM) Sp. Hons. Degree awarded by the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and holds a Diploma in Human Rights awarded by IHRSL. In addition, Mr. Senaratne is an Associate Member of the Institute of Personnel Management (AMIPM) of Sri Lanka.
